Rachel is the Director of Development at CYC. In this role, she leads CYC’s fundraising strategy, builds the capacity of fundraising operations, and motivates supporters to advance our work at the intersection of youth leadership and advocacy in foster care and intersecting systems.
Rachel is excited to join CYC because of the organization’s youth-led model and its vision to improve the quality of life for systems-impacted youth. Previously, she served as the Development Director at Bright Prospect, a college access nonprofit that empowers first-generation students to gain admission to, succeed in, and graduate from college.
In her spare time, Rachel enjoys going to the beach, listening to live music, and playing mini golf.
