Quijai Johnson

Quijai (goes by Jay) is the Project Manager at CYC. As the Project Manager, Quijai supports multiple projects, developing and implementing project plans and schedules, managing communication and collaboration with project team, members, and stakeholders. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects. This role will interact with all levels of staff and will push for results while building great cross-functional relationships based on trust and accountability.

Jay has a bachelor’s degree in Molecular and Cell Biology with an Emphasis in Genetics and a minor in Race and Law. Jay has volunteered in many facilitation and committee roles during 4 years as a CYC member and is excited to empower youth and strengthen connections.
