CYC believes the best way to improve the child welfare systems is by drawing attention to the recommendations and guidance of those who know it best – youth living in the system. By changing media perceptions, foster youth can affect the way society and policymakers view the roles foster youth play in our society. Media plays an integral role in helping us further our cause.
